We just got a Team Speak server!

OK First off, if you don't know what Team Speak is, its this program that allows you to talk to each other in real life. It's just like a telephone, just it's free and there is no phone number. But we have our own server, which is a place where you go to, to talk to a group.

I am going to be making a password I THINK soon. I'm not sure if I want to do it. I am going to talk it over with Trendon Freen.

I am also going to give out the IP Address so you can actually get into our server. I am having some technical difficulties right now, but I am going to figure it out.

The program for Team Speak is free, it's the microphone your going to need to buy. Don't worry they don't cost much. Guys, I am not requiring you to get Team Speak, but it would be pretty awesome if you did. I am someway somehow going to get Trendon Freen to get it too, so we can talk to him, even though he left CoV for the time being. Don't worry I'm going to force him to get it!

Well, the server IP address is 70.35.45.7 but I'm still getting help to make it so people besides me can get in! :P

Hey, thats awsome that we are getting team speak!!! Iv never used it before. Is there more to just plugging in the micro phone, like typing in the IP address some where? Please let me know when its operational, my pet pieve is typing, haha

Nah there is nothign more to it then that, but there is MUCH MUCH more to it if your trying to start up a server...I have no idea how to do this, and its not working. I will be doing some further tests soon. Guys, if you want to try to get in, the IP Address is 70.35.45.7 and if that doesnt work, try this: 70.35.45.7:8767 and make sure there is a colon : in between the 7 and the 8767...

I got a headset mainly for America;s Army and othwer games but hopefully alot of of the people in the SG get one! And don't worry about your voice. We don't care what anybody sounds like.

i dunno...thats cool you got a headset though. I hope to get this server up soon! I have tried EVERYTHING and I can't get it to work yet...but I just did something, and no one ever got the chance to test this one yet, so go ahead please.

Mine was also able to change the voice. So I am able to make it sound like a darth vader voice or little red riding hoods voice.

Can anyone help me out? I have my headset hooked up into the computer, I can hear everything anyone says, but yet I can't talk back. Can someone help me out here?

ok when i got my first headset, i plugged it in, and everythign worked GREAT...except it was really soft, but i think that was just my headset. ANYWAY, it stopped working because ...ok you dotn want to know why, but anwyay i had to get a new one...i plugged that one in, and it didnt work, i plugged it in to the other place with the microphone and it sent the loudest feedback to my speakers (the really really loud squeeky noise) so i got a new headset and that one didnt work either, and the same thing happened with the feedback...ANYWAY, im having the same problem as you...ok that didnt really help did it...!! =P
