The contest is whoever can make the most Prestige untill the date I say. I will not start counting prestige untill I get EVERYONE who wants to join to join. no I think you earn the same ammount of Prestige than everyone else. Does the level matter?

It's a percentage of your infamy, so if you are higher level then even tho it's the same percentage it's a larger amount.
