Hello ya'll.

I just started CoV about a month ago, but I have been playing CoH for over a year. I am just so tired of the same old mid-evil, spell casting, dragon slaying games that CoH/V seems refreshing to me. Oh yeah I do also play WoW but not as much as this. Right now I am only running my lvl 20 tech. M/M and just can't seem to get into any other build. I am kinda a recluse, but will team with anyone from the SG so don't hesitate to ask.

CoV: Omni-Death - Robot M/M

CoH: Optima 2.0 - lvl 50 ele/eng Blaster

Hope to see ya'll in game!

Hey I LOVE City of heroes, so if you ever catch me there, my main character on CoH is named Mr D. with a . at the end.

I play WoW too! DEFINATELY not even close to as much as CoH and CoV. If you ever want to meet up there, my guy (really its a girl) is on the server Wildhammer and my name is Choco Muffin.

Thanks guys. I think it took me about 5 months to get to 50. But that was taking time off to build another toon and trying to find the right team to run with.

Even if you spent time building on another toon, that is still really fast! I've been playing CoH about 7 months and my hero is only a lvl 34. 34 is pretty high, but 5 months to lvl 50 is really fast!

P.S. What's your secret?

Well, one I was in a SG called Rightious Indignation. This SG did nothing but team grinding, and missions together. If you were on line, you were in a team. We had the right chemastry and knew how to use it. But then there was a big falling out when WoW came out and we broke apart. The big jump came when I found out about the Hydra sewer mission that you get at lvl 38 and for every young hydra killed you would get mass XP! And you can get the mission over and over (cause it is timed, so don't finish it.) till you reach lvl 42. Also I had no life back then so when I wasn't at work I just sat and played for hours. I had timed myself once at playing for 18 hours with few breaks to eat and "nature calls".

Now don't get me wrong. 34 is really high for only playing for 7 months. And I am guessing you have school and other things in real life you must do. Heck, I am not moving that fast with Omni-Death cause I now have a girlfriend (along with my job) and want to give her my time and not play as much as I use to.

So in closeing, there is no big secret, just if you have no life outside of work or school then you can just sit and get your game on all you want. Not recomened, since I found that life can be more interesting than a game.

Ture, life IS better. I just wish it wasn't like a microwave oven here in California. That way I might be able to get out a little bit more without getting heat stroke.
