Yeah. I remember when my bro got so mad at the CoV game that he somehow sent 3 emails saying "Make it stop! Stop the madness!". Three days later we got 3 emails back saying "We hope we were able to solve your problem. If this continues please contact us again.

no i know they have their own little system of copy and paste these words for these problems, however its not like they don't read what your problem is and come up with a logical explenation...like I sent in a petition on any tips in making my own MMORPG and stuff, and they really helped, and I could tell it wasn't just some automatic thing...
