This could be all happening in that Recluse's Victory place. I'm not sure, I never went there before.

I have. It's kinda small, boring, and even when your a lvl one the enemies there can be killed in two hits. Although Atlas does have that portal to Reclue's Victory (have to be a lvl 40 to get there so I don't know why it's in Atlas when it should be in Founder's Falls or something like that).
